Do we need to see a counselor in person, or can we do sessions virtually?

Sacred Remedy offers services both in person and online, via zoom. When providing our online services we adhere to the HIPAA-compliant telehealth-based technology.

How many sessions will I need?

The number of sessions varies based on the issues being addressed. The counselor will work with you to determine an appropriate treatment plan and frequency of sessions.

Is what we discuss in therapy confidential?

Yes, confidentiality is a key component of therapy. However, there are limits to confidentiality, such as in case of harm to yourself or others. The counselor will discuss confidentiality t the beginning of treatment and explain any exceptions.

How much does counseling cost?

Sacred Remedy is currently taking out-of-pocket payment, only. However, we offer a sliding scale fees to make therapy more accessible.
